The course is eight hours long and is conducted by an NRA Certified Instructor in a classroom and at a shooting facility. Students will learn the following topics:

1.  Shotgun Knowledge and Safe Handling
2.  Ammunition Knowledge and the Fundamentals of Shotgun Shooting
3.  Firing the First Shots
4.  Scoring Targets, and Selecting and Maintaining a Shotgun
5.  Continued Opportunities for Skill Development

 All materials will be provided for you. You must supply your own ammunition for all range activities.

The Basic Shotgun Shooting Course will begin at 8:00 on the day of the class and is eight hours.

Bring your .Shotgun, 300 shotshells and 90 skeet clays.
