NRA Instructor Rifle Shooting Course
Pre-Requisites:
1) NRA (BIT) Basic Instructor Training must be completed within the 24 months preceding this course
2) Successful completion of the NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course
3) Rifle Instructor Pre-Course Qualification and Test
Short Description : To develop NRA Certified Instructors who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to conduct the NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course
More Details: The course is fourteen hours long and is conducted by an NRA Training Counselor in a classroom and at a shooting facility.
Rifle Instructor candidates will learn the following topics:
Introduction to NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course Outline and Lesson Plans
If you have attended the BIT within the preceding 24 months of this class you will not need to attend the BIT.
A pre-course Qualification will be required at the beginning of the class. If you fail the pre-course Qualification all but $75 of the cost of this course will be refunded.
All materials will be provided for you. You must supply your own ammunition for all range activities.
(BIT) Basic Instructor Training will begin at 5:00 PM and is six hours on the day before the class.
The Rifle Instructor Class will begin at 8:00 on the day of the class and is fourteen hours.
Bring your .22 LR rifle and 300 rounds of ammunition.
