Purchase of this Gift Certificate DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the recipient is accepted into an NRA (BIT) BASIC INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE.  If the recipient cannot pass pre-authorization for the course the full value of the Gift Certificate will be refunded to the buyer.

NOTE: BIT is required pre-requisite within 24 months preceding any NRA Instructor Course
